Thank you to everyone who submitted their surveys and informed us about any issues! We greatly appreciate your feedback, patience and support. Here is a summary of all the survey changes and current updates:

Thank you for the survey feedback, the following survey issues have been fixed:

  1. The Adventure Loot Pin Campaign Add-On showing as "Mini Filler Pin Mystery Blind Bag". 
  2. The Golden Dagger Pin Freebie showing as two separate items for bundle pledge level tiers. 

For backers whose surveys were affected by these issues, your surveys have been reverted to incomplete and an email reminder has been sent to inform you to complete your survey once more. A major thank you to the Backerkit Support team for quickly helping us resolve these issues! We apologize for any confusion or frustration this situation may have caused.

⏰ Survey Responses Due March 9, 2025 ⏰

We kindly ask that all survey responses be submitted by March 9th, 2025. We cannot fulfill your pledge rewards without your survey response. The final order quantity of pins will also be based on the responses received by this date. We will be locking surveys and charging cards on March 12, 2025. Please ensure that your payment methods are correct and up-to-date by that time. 

🇨🇦 Canada Tracked Shipping Upgrade Add-On Now Available 🇨🇦

A tracked shipping upgrade for Canadians is now available as an add-on in the survey and pre-order store. The base shipping rate for Canada is $3 CAD (Lettermail - No Tracking). Any Canadian backers who wish to upgrade to tracked shipping, please add the shipping upgrade add-on (+$7 CAD) to your pledge.

If you pledged for any of the full collection pledge levels, the tracked shipping upgrade is automatically applied at checkout ($3 CAD Base Shipping + $7 CAD Tracked Shipping Upgrade). All other shipping rates have tracked shipping included.

Canadian backers will also see their tax total as GST + GST Shipping (sales tax + sales tax on shipping) in their survey balance. 

💵 Reminder to Double-Check Payment Method! 💵 

Thank you to everyone who has updated their payment methods. We currently have 15 backers whose payment method has failed. We kindly ask that backers double-check if their method of payment is up-to-date and that the correct card information is on file. The charge will appear on your bank statement as MOCHIVILLE.

Survey Issue & Updates

Hello Adventurers,

It seems as though there is an issue with the survey. Thank you to the backers who reached out regarding the issue! For backers who added an Adventure Loot Pin Add-On during the campaign, it will appear as a Mini Filler Pin Mystery Blind Bag on the confirmation page. We have contacted Backerkit to fix the issue.

In the meantime, we kindly ask backers with this campaign add-on to wait before submitting their survey until the issue is fixed. If your survey is not affected, please proceed to submit your response. We apologize for the confusion. We will keep everyone updated as soon as we get the issue resolved! Thank you.

We hope everyone has been having a great week! Thank you so much for your patience. Our survey has now been approved by the Backerkit team. Yay!!! 🥳

💌 Survey Smoke Tests Have Been Sent Out! 💌

Survey smoke tests have now been emailed to 5% of backers. Please check your inboxes/spam mail for the survey! In the email will find a special link to your BackerKit survey. If there are any issues or concerns with the survey, please contact us here on Backerkit or via email: [email protected]. We will try our best to correct any issues with the Backerkit team. Your survey email will look like this:



Once we receive the survey smoke test responses and everything looks great, we will send out the rest of the surveys! Since it has taken us longer than expected to finalize the survey, the new survey deadline will be March 9, 2025. We may further extend the deadline if needed.

💵 Please Double-Check Your Payment Method! 💵 

By this time, Backerkit should have charged all backers for their pledges. This charge will appear on your bank statement as MOCHIVILLE. We currently have 20 backers whose payment method has failed. We kindly ask that backers double-check if their method of payment is up-to-date and that the correct card information is on file.

In your upcoming survey, you will be charged for shipping, any outstanding payments, and extra add-ons added through the survey. Please reference the following for the shipping rates.

Shipping Rates:

  • Canada: $3 CAD (Letter Mail - No Tracking) or $10 CAD (Tracked Shipping).
  • USA: $8 CAD (Tracking Included)
  • France: $25 CAD (Tracking Included)
  • Australia: $17 CAD (Tracking Included) 
  • International: $14 CAD (Tracking Included)

Note: Canadians who pledged for the full collection pledge level tiers will be charged $10 CAD for tracked shipping.

✍️ Backerkit Surveys Coming Soon! ✍️

Our Backerkit survey has been submitted for review. Once the survey is approved by Backerkit, we will be sending out smoke test surveys to 5% of backers. If there are any issues or concerns with the survey, we greatly appreciate any feedback! Once we receive the responses from the smoke tests and everything looks great, the rest of the surveys will be emailed out! We are aiming to send out surveys within the next few days. We will post another update once the surveys are ready!

It is important to complete your survey because it informs us of which pins you are pledging for. In addition, the survey helps us determine the quantity of pins we need to order so that we can fulfill everyone's rewards. We cannot fulfill your pledge rewards without your survey response.

Only 3 Days Left! All Stretch Goals Are Unlocked & New Legendary Weapon Pin Added! 🎉

Greetings Adventurers,

Thank you all so much for the amazing support for the pin collection so far! Yesterday, we reached the final stretch goal and all 28 pin designs (36 pins if you include the colour variants) are now officially unlocked! 🥳

 
Although the overall funding amount may fluctuate during the next few days, please be rest assured that all pin designs will stay unlocked until the end of the campaign. We will be starting production very soon! Stay tuned for more details!

🎉  New Legendary Weapon Pin Added: 

Thank you for all the votes in our last poll to help us decide the next legendary weapon pin. The Headmaster's Grimoire won with 43% of the votes! The Headmaster's Grimoire pin has now been added to the campaign as an unlocked legendary weapon pin!


The magic swirls surrounding the grimoire will have iridescent glitter and a glow-in-the-dark effect. The final design will be available in 3 colour variants (blue, green, and purple). To add this pin to your pledge, please add an extra Legendary Weapon Pin Add-On!

🎨 Updates to Crystal Butterfly Sword Pin:

We have also made some adjustments to the proportions of the Crystal Butterfly Sword Pin and changed the look of the sword blade so that it better matches the rest of the collection. Here is a look at the updated design:


🇨🇦 🇺🇸 CANADA/USA Shipping:

Lastly, as some of you are aware, the USA and Canada are currently in a Tariff dispute. As a small business in Canada, we are hoping for an amicable solution to be reached soon. Although we cannot predict how it may affect shipping for our US backers in the next few months, we will keep a close eye on the situation and keep everyone updated.

We are currently finalizing surveys; please be on the lookout for your survey emails after this campaign ends on Feb 13th. We kindly ask that all surveys be completed before Feb 27th. The final production order quantity will be based on the survey responses submitted by Feb 27th.
